Housing
What are the available housing options?
- Housing through EFYSA (Nauvoo Family Inn and Suites)
- Commute to the event if you live close enough
Can I arrange my own housing?
No. EFYSA will provide a room for you at the hotel
If I'm selecting the EFYSA housing option, when can I check in?
Check-in will begin after 3:00 p.m. on the first day of the conference.
Can I select my roommate? How many roommates are in a room?
Yes, when you register you will have the option to choose a roommate. You may link up to six people to room together.
Do I have to select a roommate, or can I sign up alone?
You can sign up alone. Please be aware that if you sign up alone, there is a good chance you will be placed with someone else in the room who also signed up alone.
Nauvoo
What is the weather like in Nauvoo in August?
Hot and humid, but we will be inside air-conditioned buildings much of the time.
What should I pack?
In humid conditions, clothing that hangs slightly off your body or fabrics that wick moisture away from your body will keep you cooler. If you would like to visit the temple, make sure you bring church clothes, temple clothes, and your temple recommend. Bringing a good pair of comfortable shoes is also essential, as we will be walking quite a bit.

Is food included? What if I have dietary needs?
Yes. You can email us at efy@byu.edu with your dietary needs, and we will make sure you are taken care of.
What ages are invited to EFYSA?
18–30 years old
What is the cost of the program?
Depending on options selected, $215 to $395
How much walking will be involved getting around Nauvoo?
There is a good amount of walking from the hotel to the various locations around the city. We encourage you to bring a good pair of walking shoes.

St. Louis Lambert International Airport
How long is the shuttle ride?
3.5 hours
When and where will the shuttle pick us up?
The shuttle will pick up from the St. Louis Lambert International Airport at 1:00 p.m. on the first day of the conference.
What is the cost of the shuttle?

Can I take the shuttle just one way?
